SALE OF HOME CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (CO)

When a home is sold the Township requires a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) Inspection.

CONSTRUCTION PERMIT HISTORY

To obtain information regarding prior permits that have been issued for a property, an Open Public Records Act Request Form must be completed and submitted to the Township Clerk's office.
