How do I receive a Yard Sign and be included on the Township Map?
If you wish to receive a yard sign & be included on the township map, please submit the Registration Form and $10.00 registration fee (cash or check made payable to the Township of Maple Shade) no later than Friday, April 24, 2026.

How do I submit Forms & Payment?
-Drop it off in the Manager’s Office at the Municipal Building during regular business hours (Mon – Fri:  8:30AM – 4:30PM)
-Mail it to Township of Maple Shade, 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, NJ 08052, Attn:  Yard Sale Registration
-Place it in the after-hours drop box marked for “tax payments” in front of the Municipal Building.  MUST be in an envelope marked “Yard Sale Registration”.

Do I have to register in order to participate?
No!  Any residents can participate in the Community Yard Sale; however, ONLY registered residents will receive the Township Yard Sign & be advertised on the Township Map.
